New Monthly Drawing Method

With all the new members, it has become increasingly difficult to keep track of which members posted 25 times.

So, 2 times a month all you have to do to is to click 2 different links provided in the monthly drawing post, and Private message me the title of the auction.

It is an affiliate link for ARF, so this will kill 2 birds with one click. Hopefully, this will make Stephanies life alot easier. THANKS STEPH!!

I am new here. I jsut joined yesterday and I have posted over 24 times all ready for April.

That makes two of us, I saw the one for April and tried it but I don't get it so got out. All I saw was an MP3 okater with a picture of Johnny Debb, so whats the title? I don't know what it means. That's OK I never win anything anyway! but if anyone can explain it to us dummies I'm sure we'd all appreciate it.

Hi ladies! The new drawing method is really quite simple, for both you and me (I am the person that does the drawings).

1. Twice a month Rick will post a link to some random eBay auction.

2. Click on the link to go to the auction.

3. Look at the title of the auction - The text in the blue bar across the top. Write it down on a piec of scratch paper or highlight and copy it.

4. Return to ARF and send a Private Message (PM) to Rick with the title of said auction in the body of the PM.

For example: If Rick posted this link:

I would PM Rick "Brand New 2007 Mathews Drenalin with accessories". I know it has nothing to do with dolls, but it is whatever Rick picks.

Thats it! That is all you have to do ... if you do that for both of the auctions that Rick posts, you will be entered. The drawing is held on the last Sunday of the month. We all post in the shoutbox, and the more people that come and chat the more fun the drawing is.

Now that was good plain english! I think I got it. Thanks, really is easy and I feel stupid for not understanding it before but better to ask than to remain stupid because you didn't ask!

This may be another stupid questions but I'm still new to ARF and don't know the ropes yet. A bout the drawing, who makes the dolls for the drawing, the winner of the previous month?

No such thing as a stupid question hon, I am happy to explain.

Here is a link to the list of all of the people who have donated and won dolls in the past. Anyone can donate a doll, or something to go along with a doll.

what I understand about it is, when the link is posted, there is a link to a ebay auction, click on it. then when the ebay page comes up highlight the title, thats the blue strip at top of auction and copy, then come back to the forum click on richards name, a block should come up with several options, click on send pm message and then paste the title you copied on to the message and send.
