Angelic Reborns Forum (ARF) Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to the Angelic Reborns Forum (ARF). While the love of reborn dolls is what brings us together, it is ultimately the friendship, laughter and smiles that keeps us coming back.

The purpose of the following rules and guidelines is to help promote and maintain the harmonious community feeling that is vital to the long-term success and existence of our forum. These rules for conduct are our top priorities and will be enforced. By posting on ARF, you are consenting to these terms in their entirety, and agree to accept any consequences that may result in violating them.

1. Members will not harass members and/or staff via posts, private messages or emails. Members are expected to respect other members opinions, and work out any differences in private.

2. Members will not post any message nor start any thread for the purpose of ridiculing another member or non-member whether expressed or implied. This includes responding in kind to comments that are perceived to be inflammatory.

3. Members will not use profane, vulgar or obscene language.

4. Members will not re-post a message that was previously deleted or censored by an administrator or moderator, nor will you start another thread of same discussion if one has previously been closed.

5. Members will not post material outside the stated topic (also known as thread crapping). Any message that distracts from the stated topic or causes the discussion to go off-topic should be avoided.

6. Members will respect the personal privacy and rights of members and non-members, and will refrain from posting any other person's identifying information (including but not limited to their name, address, phone number, e-mail address, social security number, photo or any other personal, private or personally-identifiable information) within the forum, with the exception of your own. The only exception shall be the posting of an E-bay User Id in the E-Bay feedback and guidance forum.

7. Members will not attempt to circumvent a ban placed by an administrator or moderator. If a post is edited or removed, under no circumstances is the poster authorized to re-post the censored material.

Consequences

If a member repeatedly violates one or more of these provisions, he or she may be subject to one or more of the following consequences:

1. Post removal or editing.
2. Restricted forum access (For example, permission to read but not post)
3. Complete ban on forum access (For example, no permission to read or post)

In addition, ARF will use a 3 strikes and out policy.

First offense = 7 day ban on forum access.
Second offense = 30 day ban on forum access.
Third offense = Complete ban on forum access.

Additional Notes:

Censorship – The ARF staff reserves the right to censor any member's post at any time – with or without reason. The forums are public and free for open use, but are maintained under private ownership. The staff of ARF can and will edit and/or remove any post, issue warnings, and exact disciplinary measures to members who violate these rules. Reasons for censorship are usually provided, but no expressed reason is required.

Inappropriate Posts - The moderators do not have the time or resources to read every message, and probably some entire threads never get reviewed. Therefore, any member who reads something they think is inappropriate, they should report the offence to a moderator. Do not assume something is acceptable because it hasn’t been addressed by a moderator.

Private Messages – All members of ARF have access to the internal private messaging system, which shall remain private from administrators, moderators, and other members.

Each member has storage for 70 messages, which is the combined total of all messages from the Inbox, Sent items, and any other custom folders a member has created. If the number of messages exceeds 70 messages, an automated email message will be sent to the member informing them that their private message inbox is full. Until the member reduces the number of messages they are storing, any message sent to that member will be lost. It's the responsibility of each member to maintain their own private message folders.

Cross-posting (posting the same message in multiple sub-forums), is strongly discouraged, as it wastes resources and inconvenient to other members. Please refrain from cross-posting.

Angelicreborns.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of these forums is contingent upon acceptance of the updated terms.

If you have questions regarding these policies, we strongly encourage you to contact us.

Thanks and enjoy your stay.

Richard and Dawn.
